What is Property Log?

Property Log is a living property record that starts with the inspection and keeps systems, documents, maintenance notes, and shared updates together.

Does Property Log replace the inspection report?

No. The original inspection report stays with the record. Property Log organizes it. It does not replace the inspector.

Who creates a Property Log, and who receives it?

A real estate professional can create the record, upload the inspection, review it, and invite the buyer. The buyer can then claim the home record.

How private is the property information?

Sharing follows the handoff and claim flows. Owner documents are governed separately from the package a buyer is invited to claim. Details are in the privacy policy.

Is the buyer handoff the same as transferring ownership later?

No. The current product supports a realtor-to-buyer handoff and claim. An automatic long-term transfer from one owner to the next is a future direction, not the current handoff.
