Features
Everything about the home, connected.
Property Log connects the inspection, the systems and findings inside it, the documents you keep, and the updates that follow.
Request DemoFeatures
The home, summarized from the record you have.
The overview is the house profile and the current state of the property record, including a home health summary when inspection processing has produced one.
House profile
Identity for the property, tied to the digital record.
What it is not
Not a live valuation, an MLS feed, or an official public record.
Systems and components
Systems organized from the inspection.
Processing can extract systems and the components nested under them. The dashboard emphasizes system cards. It is not an IoT inventory or a verified as-built for every part.
Findings and priorities
What needs attention, in an order you can review.
Findings carry severity and a repair status. A realtor can review them before inviting the buyer. Property Log does not replace the inspector’s judgment.
Documents and records
Files that belong to the property.
Customer documents use secure cloud storage. Handoff uploads and an owner vault are separate from the public marketing site.
Maintenance
Reminders that come from the report.
Maintenance suggestions imported from the inspection can stay on the record. Automated scheduling and a full care loop are not part of the product today.
Repairs
Track repair items. Do not expect a full service log.
Findings can move from open to complete, and quotes or invoices can be attached to a handoff. Property Log does not keep a complete history of every contractor visit or dispatch work orders.
Timeline and living history
Updates and completed work, in order.
The timeline collects property updates and completed findings. It is a living history of what was recorded, not a chain of title.
Buyer handoff
The current handoff, clearly labeled.
A realtor can invite a buyer and the buyer can claim the record. That claim is not a title transfer. A governed ownership transition exists for later authorization. It is not an automatic deed recording.
The home around the record
The product sits in a real house, not a diagram.
Editorial context stays separate from the product interface. Product screens are captured from the real interface or omitted.
Shipped behavior, without invented metrics.
Report preserved
The original inspection stays with the organized record.
Review before sharing
A realtor can review findings before the buyer invitation.
Claim is not title
Buyer claim and realtor handoff are not a deed transfer.
No fake product shots
If an authentic interface image is missing, the layout continues without one.
