How It Works
From inspection report to living property history.
Property Log starts with the inspection report you already have, organizes it for review, and carries the useful parts forward with the home.
Start
Start with the inspection report.
A realtor uploads the PDF. Property Log does not perform the inspection and does not replace the inspector’s report. Editorial artwork on this page never pretends to be a real inspection company.
Organize
Assisted processing turns the report into systems, findings, and maintenance suggestions. A person still reviews the result before it is shared.
Review
Review and prepare the handoff.
The realtor reviews findings, can attach handoff documents, and invites the buyer. This is the current realtor-to-buyer handoff.
For Real Estate ProfessionalsLive
Live with the home.
After claim, the homeowner can revisit findings, documents, and maintenance notes from the report. Nothing here schedules a contractor automatically.
For HomeownersPreserve
Preserve the history.
Property updates and completed findings can stay on the timeline. A future transfer from one long-term owner to the next is a vision. It is not the same action as today’s buyer invitation.
Optional film
When a film is available, it stays optional.
Authentic video is never generated. If none is approved, this section stays quiet.
FAQ
Process questions
Does Property Log replace the inspector?
No. The inspector and the original report remain the source. Property Log organizes that report for review and handoff.
What happens before the buyer sees the record?
The realtor can review organized findings and then send the buyer invitation.
Will the record transfer itself to the next owner?
Not automatically. Today’s flow is a realtor-to-buyer handoff and claim. Long-term owner-to-owner transfer is a separate future direction.
Walk through it with a real report.
We will show upload, review, and the buyer invitation.
